• *New* Added a "Months Till Expires" field to the Background Check Types page so that each type can have its own expiration period.
• *New* Added a "Background Check Expires" field to the Background Checks page to set an explicit date a Background Check expires.
• *New* Added a Certification Types lookup values page to facilitate tracking volunteer requirements, training, or certification courses completed through a third party. Note: This lays the foundation for some exciting future integrations!

Routines

• Enhanced the Background Check routine to set the Background Check Expires field if it is null based on the "Months to Expire" field on the Background Check Type. Note: This will only affect Background Checks created or made null after this release.
• Enhanced the Background Check routine to populate the Background Check Date Submitted and Background Check Returned dates if All Clear is manually set to True.
• Added a Certification Expires Routine that will populate the Certification Expires field on the Participant Certification page if it's null based on the value set in the Months Till Expires field on the Certification Types page.
• Enhanced the Group Attendance routine to schedule the next meeting and create the associated Event and Event Room records even when the next scheduled meeting is the same date as the Group's Start Date.
• Enhanced Data Quality routine to update the Participant End Date field when it is null and the Contact's status is Inactive or Deceased.
• Enhanced the Data Quality routine to clear the Participant End Date field when the Contact's status is not Inactive or Deceased.
• Enhanced the Standard Statement nightly routine to include the Spouse Contact as a Statement Donor.

Reports

• Enhanced the Create Deposit  from Selected Batches report and the Create Batch from Selected Donation report with a notice that they have been superseded by the Create Deposit Tool and Create Batch Tool respectively  and are no longer supported. Note: These reports will be removed from your system in January 2022.
• Enhanced Selected Background Check Report to calculate when the Background Check expires based on the explicit expiration date.
• Enhanced the Data Quality Report to clarify the "Verify Company and Household Position Status (1)" data quality issue.
• Enhanced the Selected Form Responses Report to print in portrait layout.
  
• Enhanced Selected Group Roster Plus Family report by renaming the "Hide Notes" parameter to "Hide Summary" for clarity.
• Enhanced Selected Group Roster and Group Roster Multiweek reports to exclude end-dated Group Participants.
• Renamed the Group Selected Span of Care report to Selected Group Involvement for clarity.
• Fixed an issue where Donor Standard Statement Selected Report not correctly displaying Address Line 2.
• Fixed issue where the Selected Responses List report was printing a blank page for every page with content.
• Fixed an issue where the Selected Group Roster and Group Roster Multi-week reports would not run if the selected Group or Group Participants were in a Household where the Head of Household was older than 99.
• Fixed a typo in the Compare & Combine Security Role Report warning.
• Fixed an issue where Standard Statement Reports were sourcing logos, statement footers, and addresses from different accounting companies.

Notifications

• Enhanced the Task Notification routine to ignore hidden tasks so email reminders are no longer sent after a task is hidden.
• Fixed the Background Check Needed Notification to only send to Users with a Security Role.
• Fixed an issue where images included in Notification messages were not displaying correctly.
