APPLICATION STORED PROCEDURE CHANGES
Portal: My Contribution Statement: Made a change to the stored procedure that provides data to the My Contribution Statement page to improve how the name of a spouse with a different last name is displayed.
Portal: My Giving: Made a change to the stored procedure that provides data to the My Giving page on the portal to ensure the asterisk appears next to any donation that will not appear on the donor's statement.
DATA CHANGES
Security Roles Page: Users with the "Administrators" security role will be granted "edit" rights to the “Activity Log page”.
Security Roles Page: Users with the "Administrators" security role will be granted “full” rights to the "Users", "Tools Permitted", and "Reports Permitted" sub pages of an open Security Role record.
Users Page: Users Page: Added a user record and contact record for "MPAdmin" to customers installed before 2011 to ensure consistency across all implementations. This account will be used by Think Ministry personnel. This account will be excluded from any count of users with security roles for billing purposes.
Contacts Page: The nightly data quality routine will automatically make all email addresses lower case.
DATABASE OBJECT CHANGES
All Form Fields Page: Added a database table constraint to the Form_Fields table to prevent a user from creating a custom form with two fields with the same field label.
Events Page: Changed the data type of Events.Project_Code from INT to Nvarchar(15)
Groups Page: Made the field "Suppress_Care_Note" bit field on the Groups page nullable. Previously a value was required in this field.
Locations Page: Dropped the field titled "Maintenance Team" from the Locations table when it was not being used. This field is deprecated and is not part of the basic MinistryPlatform installation going forward.
Product Option Prices Page: Added a database constraint to Option_Group_Prices table to prevent a user from creating a product option group with two product option prices with the same option title.
NEW PAGES
Group Rooms Page: Added a new "Group Rooms" page to MinistryPlatform. The "Administrators" security role was granted full rights to this page which can be found in the Lookup Values section.
NEW SUB PAGES
Contacts Page: Added a sub page listing "All Form Responses" associated with an open "Contact" record. Users in the "Administrators" security role were granted full rights to this sub page.
Forms Page: Added three, new sub pages listing "Events", "Opportunities", and "Pledge Campaigns" that are associated with an open "Custom Form" record.
Pages Page (System Setup): Added a new sub page to show "Page Views" associated with an open "Page" record in System Setup.
Responses Page: Added a new sub page to show "All Responses" made by a Participant when reviewing a single open "Response" record.
REPORT CHANGES
Campaign Projection Report: Corrected an issue with the Campaign Projection report when the Pledge Campaign did not have an End Date value.
Envelope File Report: Modified the envelope file report to improve how the names and titles of spouses with different last names are displayed when formal names is the option selected for the Greeting parameter.
Find Donor Households: Modified the Find Donor Households report to display the names of the heads of each household.
Selected Contact Attributes Report: The "Selected Contact Attributes" report will now display the Congregation assigned to which that Contact's Household belongs.
Selected Group Directory Report: Modified the report so that dates of birth would be properly displayed after it was changed to "Date" field type in the latest Platform.
Selected Group Directory - Photos Report: Modified the report so that dates of birth would be properly displayed after it was changed to "Date" field type in the latest Platform.
Selected Household Donations Report: Corrected an issue with the Selected Household Donations report which would lead to an incorrect giving total if an individual was part of a household with more than 2 heads of household.
User Audit Log Detail Report: Modified the User Audit Log Detail report to require a page.
Various Donor Statement Reports: Modified various statement reports so that the amount given towards the pledge in the pledge recap at the top right did not include donations made after the "Through Date" parameter.
Various Reports Displaying Images: Modified various reports that display images to prevent the Reporting Server from attempting to display Tiff images. Layers in Tiff Images were causing an issue with Microsoft Reporting Services.
