Reports
*New* Added a new report on the Users page called "Responsibilities Transfer (Select Both)" based on two selected records to transfer a User's Security Roles, Views, Notifications, User Groups, Charts, and/or Delegate Of users to another User. Intended to be used when a User is leaving or changing roles on your staff to show instances where they are related to current records in the database. It may also reveal specific responsibilities in the database you wish to handle individually outside of the report.
*New* Added a new report on the Groups page called "New Group Participants - Selected" which can be used to determine how many people have been added to the select Groups between two dates.
*New* Added additional Greeting Types for the Contact column on the Selected Household Donations report that is available on more than 30 pages.
Enhanced multiple reports to take Global Filters into account when displaying results so that it will be limited based on the user's rights. See full list of reports below.

Enhanced the Create Deposit From Selected Batches report on the Batches page, to add Congregation to the Deposit it creates which allows Global Filtering to work on the Deposits page. Note: Only for those customers with a Congregation field on the Deposits page already. If desired, you may request this field and enhanced report be added to your system by contacting Support.
Enhanced the Donation Summary Export report to include Statement Header titles as the column names.
Enhanced the Major Donor report on the Donors page to include the Date of Birth.
Enhanced the Selected Group Family Listing report on the Groups page to include the Last Attendance Date of the Group Participant.
Enhanced the Selected Group Roster: Parent Info report on the Groups page to include the Date of Birth.
Optimized the Compare and Combine Selected Households report on the Households page to take into consideration any custom foreign keys to the Households page.
Optimized the Campaign Selected Donor Summary report on the Pledge Campaign page for improved performance.
Fixed the Selected Group Directory Photos report on the Groups page to hide Participant's unlisted contact information when Honor Unlisted Preferences is set to True.
Fixed an issue on the Giving Band reports where certain date ranges would cause errors.
Fixed an issue on the Giving Band reports where long Donor names would cause errors.
Fixed a typo on the About This Page report.
Fixed the page footer for the Event Setup report on the Events page that was causing extra blank pages in the PDF.
Fixed the "Selected Labels: 1 per Family" report by adding the suffix when one head's last name is different than the other head's last name.
Important! Edits to our standard report stored procedures or RDL files are not supported and are highly unusual. Typically, custom reports based on standard reports require copies that are unique to each system. Therefore, the reports updated in this release should have no impact on reports you have had customized.
If you or one of your technicians had edited one of our standard stored procedures or RDL files and our update has overwritten your changes, please notify Support. We will restore copies of up to 3 reports in a single session as they existed when this update was applied at no charge within 30 days of receiving this update as a one-time offer due to the volume of reports we are updating. Professional Service rates will apply for more than 3 reports or reports you request us to recover after 30 days.
Custom reports are not updated as part of this release. If you desire that one of your custom reports be updated to the latest standards, please contact Support to request a Professional Services proposal.
Routines & Notifications
Enhanced the nightly routine for Data Quality by changing old Subpage field references to the new Subpage field references so it will no longer cause it to stop working.
Enhanced the Message Recap Notification to allow customization of the threshold of recipients needed to send the notification by adding a new Configuration Setting called SERVICES > MessageRecapMinimumRecipients with a default value of 100. This can be changed to 50, 150, etc.
Enhanced the Activity Log by adding Form Responses and Needs (requests and providers).
*New* Added a separator called "Donation Activity" and reorganized the fields on the Donors table for ease of use.
Enhanced the default field list on the Letters page (under Communications) to include additional fields (Page, Active) to assist faster recognition.
Enhanced the default field list on the All Steps page (related to Processes) to include additional fields (Step Type, Email From, Email To, Task To) to assist with troubleshooting.

Enhanced multiple reports to list only current Congregations (End Date is null or in the future).

*New* Added a new view for Deleted Records on the "All Submissions" page to aid in troubleshooting Processes.
*New* Added a new view for Unfinished Commands on the "All Submissions" page to aid in troubleshooting Processes.
*New* Added a new view "Fix: Single Filtered Page" on the Pages page to show when a primary page is filtered.
Enhanced several standard Charts to provide consistent month labels.
We have added "Other Needs" column to the All Records view on the Need Type Providers page.
