Reports, Routines, & Notifications - July 2022

 

 

With this release Notification URLs will point to the Next Generation of the Platform. And there was much rejoicing! We also included some updates and fixes.

Reports

  • Added a notice to the Add Next Envelope Number report that the report has been replaced with the Assign Envelope Number Tool.
  • Removed the email action from the Selected Contact Dashboard report. Note: Users will still be able to jump from the Selected Contact Dashboard Report to a related Contact.
  • Renamed the Process Selected Payment report to the Selected Payments report. Pro Tip: To process Payments, leverage the new Process Payments Tool.
  • Fixed an issue where expand and collapse fields were labeled incorrectly on the Selected Contact Facts report.
  • Fixed an issue where the Selected Contact Directory always displayed a formal greeting, no matter which greeting type was selected.
  • Fixed an issue where the Selected Event Registrations report contained incorrect totals.
  • Fixed an issue where canceled Event Participants appeared on the Group By Attendance By Individual Report even if the Omit If No Attendance Parameter was set to True.
  • Fixed an issue where the Selected Contact Attendance report only displayed 0% or 100% having attendance for each Contact.
  • Fixed an issue where the Selected Rollscan Roster Report did not display results when launched from a Group where the Program was inherited through the Parent Group.
  • Fixed an issue where updating a Counselor using the User Responsibilities Transfer Report incorrectly updated the Audit Log despite correctly updating the Engagement record.

Routines

  • Enhanced the GroupLife meeting creation routine to set the Expected Participants field to null rather than zero.
  • Fixed an issue where the data quality routine assigned new Households to the global congregation rather than the original Contact's congregation when fixing multiple participants/donors/users.

Notifications

  • Enhanced Notification emails to include links to the next generation of the Platform.
  • Enhanced the Event Registrant Notification Message to honor the To and From Contacts identified on the Template record rather than sending from the Event's Primary Contact.

Views

  • Updated Views on the Milestones Assigned Page to not display Journeys that have been discontinued.
