This update includes the addition of all-new Form expiration dates (very useful for Compliance!) and Standard Statement enhancements. We also fixed some bugs along the way. If you're not leveraging the power of reports, this is a great time to check them out! We're loving the Selected Message Recap report to keep us updated on what's happening after we hit send ;).
Reports
- Added headers to actionable reports that have been replaced by Tools.
- Enhanced the Selected Group Rollscan Roster to exclude end-dated Programs when run on the Groups page.
- Enhanced Donor Standard Statement Postal Code sorting to include the zip code +4 additional digits to make sorting those giving statements easy-peasy.
- Updated the Standard Statement salutation to list the Male Head of Household first, if one is present.
- Removed the Promotion by Update parameter from the Selected Group Attendance report.
- Fixed an issue where the Selected Event Registrations Report did not accurately reflect the number of people registered for the event.
- Fixed an issue where the Selected Event Registrations report totals are off if an Event Participant was associated with multiple Payment Details.
- Fixed an issue where Letters without a Congregation designation were not available.
- Fixed an issue where the Participant Analysis report returned an error when the Group Rows by Age Decade parameter was selected.
- Fixed an issue on the Selected Mail Merge - 1 Per Family report where the eldest minor child was listed as the second Head of Household when only one adult Head of Household was present.
- Fixed an issue where the Find Donor Households Selected report included Donors without a Household if their Donor ID matched the Household ID of the selected Donor.
- Fixed an issue where multi-page Standard Statements did not list donations in date order.
Routine
- Fixed an issue where the Data Quality Routine did not update the Display Name when the Nickname was removed and readded by the Data Quality Routine.
- Fixed an issue where the Statement Maintenance Routine did not generate a new Statement when donations were deleted.
- Fixed an issue where the Statement Maintenance Routine did not generate new statements when changes were made to the Accounting Company record.
- Fixed an issue where Standard Statements were not archived even though the Archive Day of the Year had passed.

- *NEW* Added a "Months Till Expires" field on the Forms table to indicate the number of months after which a volunteer needs a new Form Response for the Form (an annual agreement, for example) so you can leverage the power of Compliance.
- *NEW* Added an "Expires" field to the Form Responses table. This field is populated by a nightly routine based on the "Months Till Expires" field on the Form table.
