Database Changes & Updates

  • Page View Fixed:
    • Events Page: “Last Month” fixed an issue when using the view in January.
  • Portal Stored Procedures Updated:
    • api_MPP_GetPasswordResetData: Added @DomainID qualifier for a config setting.
    • api_MPP_GetContactFormData: Added ISNULL() criteria for Country_Code
  • Platform Stored Procedures Updated:
    • dp_GetUserCommunications: A fix applied to prevent  some users from seeing all sent messages
  • Check-in2 Stored Procedures Updated:
    • [api_CheckIn2_GetCheckInMatchesFromSharedID] & [api_CheckIn2_GetCheckInMatchesFromUniqueID]
      • Allergy attributes without notes will not be selected.
      • Allergy attributes over 75 characters will not prevent search results from displaying.
      • Allergy attribute sort order improved.
  • Field Names Change:
    • Purchase_Requests.Shelby_Dept renamed to Department_Number
    • Purchase_Requests.Shelby_Account renamed to Account_Number
  • Metadata for the “All Form Responses” page and "All Form Answers" page was updated:
    • The Contact_ID_Field was populated.
    • Various contact-related tools were deployed.
    • Various contact-related reports were deployed.
    • The list of default fields appearing on the grid were updated.

Reports Updated

  • Donations by Week by Program: Added support for accounting companies, new layout, and multi-program selection.
  • Donor Stmts: Selected: Sort issue fixed for multi-page statements.
  • Find Donors: Filter results to only donors making a minimum number of gifts.
  • Find Donors Export: Filter results to only donors making a minimum number of gifts.
  • Procedure Manual: Multi select for Ministries.
  • Process Selected Payments: Typo corrected.
  • Selected Event Check-in Listing: New display option, added group type filter.
  • Selected Feedback Digest: Alternating row colors. No longer showing "United States" as part of address.
  • Selected Group Attendance By Individual: Updated to include a gender.
  • Selected Household Donations: Fixed issue with First/Last Date of Donations for household with multiple donors.
  • Selected Pledge Mail Merge: Added spouse fields.
  • Selected Pledge Letter: New parameters for spouse name and date format.
  • Selected Payment Listing: typo corrected.

New Reports

  • Selected Group Roster Plus Family
  • Selected Form Responses: Print all selected form responses. Outputs a single page per response containing answers provided. Includes a picture of the respondent.
