Routines
- *New* Added a Service Group Meetings Routine that: 1) updates the Next Scheduled Meeting Date on the Group record; and 2) creates Event and Event Room records for the next meeting. This new routine is used in conjunction with the Send Group Attendance Notification.
Hey SPoCs! When the Reports, Routines, and Notifications - May 2021 Release is deployed to your system, three new fields will be added and auto populated. Please review these values after you receive this update.
- Create New Meeting will be set to True.
- Next Scheduled Meeting will be set to the FURTHEST out event, past or future.
- Default Meeting Room will either: 1) be populated with the Room associated with the Group's most recent event; OR 2) left NULL and the CLOUDAPPS, GroupMeetingRoomID will be used when the next event is created.
Notifications
- Enhanced the Group Attendance Notification to leverage the new Service Group Meetings Routine to make using the notification simpler and more transparent.
- Fixed an issue where the Group Attendance Notification directed users to the GroupLife Home Page instead of specific Group Meetings.
Schema & Metadata
- *New* View 'Fix: Next Meeting and Meeting Day Mismatch' added to the Groups page to aid in the Group Attendance Notification create Events option.
- *New* Data Quality View 'Fix: Mismatch Users' on the Users page displays User records that have been linked to more than one Contact record.
- *New* View on Groups page 'Review: Groups to Reopen' shows groups that are marked as Full but have a combined total of Group Participants + Group Inquires that are less than the Target Size value.
- Updated Several Field Helps on various Group Fields in light of the newly updated Group Attendance Notification.
- Updated the Default Field List on the Household Care Log Page to remove a previous workaround to a since resolved bug.
Important! Event Group sub-pages have been removed from all Security Roles and eventually, Event Groups will be removed. Note: These sub-pages will not yet be removed for Pocket Platform Users utilizing the Curriculum field.
- Enhanced various System Lookup Pages to Suppress the New Button.
- Enhanced certain System Lookup Page's descriptions to include a warning to User's about making changes.
- Enhanced Household Field Helps for Season Start and Season End date fields.
- Enhanced previously named "Feedback" Sub-Pages to now reflect "Prayer & Feedback" like its Parent Page.
- Enhanced the Group Types Default Field List to include: Activity Log Start Date, Show on Group Finder, and Omit from Engagement Group Life, respectfully.
- Fixed an issue where 'Read Only' access appeared on the User Rights & Restrictions page when no access was granted.
- Fixed an issue where Age within a view was calculated incorrectly for Birthdays Today that landed on a leap year.

- Fixed an issue where cancelling an Event did not Audit Log the cancellation of the Room Reservation properly.
