This release includes enhancements and fixes, as well as the newly improved Roll Scan Attendance Tool!

Improved Tool

  • *IMPROVED* Enhanced the Roll Scan Attendance Tool so Users can easily take attendance by scanning bar codes associated with Group Participants.

    Background Check Tool

    • Fixed an issue where the new version of the Background Check Tool returned a validation warning even when all required fields were filled out.

    Combine Contacts & Combine Household Tools

    • Enhanced the Combine Contacts Tool to allow users to select Null values.
    • Added the Combine Contacts Tool to the Contact Relationship page.
    • Fixed an issue where the False option was not displayed in the Combine Contacts and Combine Household Tools.

    Create Batch & Create Deposit Tools

    • Updated the error a User sees when they attempt to launch the Create Batch Tool without a distribution for clarity.
    • Fixed an issue where the Create Batch Tool intermittently returned an object reference error.
    • Fixed an issue where the Create Deposit Tool intermittently returned an object reference error.

    Deceased Person Tool

    Household Care Log Tool

    • Fixed an issue where the Household Care Log Tool note field character count did not reflect the number of characters added.

    Inactivate Tool

    • Adding a warning to alert Users if they attempt to inactivate their own record via the Inactivate Tool.

    Map My Selection Tool

    • Enhanced the Address bubbles in the Map My Selection Tool to include images (if available) and full addresses.
