Multiple Tools

• Added a No Items Found Application Label to the Contact Log and Inactivate Tools.
• Added a No Items Found Application Label (shared by all Tools) so that every Tool will display a message if an in-tool search returns no results.
• Standardized Tool behavior when the Save button is clicked without selecting a Contact. A validation warning requesting that required fields be completed will be displayed.
• Standardized Application Labels across Tools.
• Standardized searching across all Tools. Users may search by: 1) "Last Name, First Name"; 2) ", First Name"; 3) mobile phone; 4) home phone; or 5) email address.
• Turned off browser autofill when searching in Tools.
• Fixed an issue where Tool permissions only granted access to a single page per table. Tools will now be available for all Pages matching the table.

Add/Edit Family Tool

• Enhanced the Add/Edit Family Tool to optimize search time.
• Updated the Add/Edit Family Tool to populate TOOLS, AgeGroupMemberRoleID Config Setting from the Default Group Role Type for Age or Grade Groups rather than setting it to a fixed value.
• Fixed an issue where the state did not save when using the Add/Edit Family Tool.
• Fixed an issue where searching in the Add/Edit Family Tool after launching it from an open record intermittently did not open the searched for record.
• Fixed an issue where updating a shared address in the Add/Edit Family Tool changed the address for every associated Household.
• Fixed an issue where the New Family button did not appear in the Add/Edit Family Tool on mobile when the device was held vertically (aka portrait).
• Fixed an issue where the Contact's Last Name did not populate when edited via the Add/Edit Family Tool.
• Fixed an issue where Add/Edit Family Tool dropdown menus displayed incorrect information.
• Fixed an issue where prefix and suffix lists were not sourcing correctly in the Add/Edit Family Tool.
• Fixed an issue where the Address Line 1 Error intermittently appeared in the Add/Edit Family Tool even if Address Line 1 was populated. 

Background Check Tool

• Added new Background Check Tool schema to support the coming soon new Background Check Tool. Look for more details coming soon and in the September Tools release.
• Added COMMON,BackgroundCheckProvider configuration setting to support the coming soon new Background Check Tool that starts which starts with the Verified First integration (in testing and will be launching soon). More to come!

Connection Card Tool

• Added a scroll bar to the Program field on the Connection Card Tool so that all Programs are visible.
• Updated the Connection Card Tool to set the Participant Type according to the COMMON,ParticipantTypeID Configuration Setting.
• Fixed an issue where searching for a Contact in the Connection Card Tool after opening it from a selection of Contacts updated the entire selection rather than the searched for Contact.

Copy/Reverse Donation Tool

• Fixed an issue where the Copy/Reverse Donation Tool did not copy cents in the donation amount.

Copy/Reverse Payment Tool

• Fixed an issue where the Copy/Reverse Payment Tool did not copy cents in the payment amount.

Event Metrics Tool

• Fixed an issue where the Event Metrics Tool could not be launched from the Event Metrics page in Grid Layout.
• Fixed an issue where Event details did not populate in the Event Metrics Tool when opened from an Event Metrics record.
• Fixed an issue where adding an Event Metric with the same name via the Event Metric Tool overwrote the original metric rather than adding a new Event Metric.

Inactivate Tool

• Fixed an issue where the Inactivate Tool marked Active Pledges as Completed rather than Discontinued. Pledges that are Active when the Inactivate Tool is run will be marked as Discontinued.
