• *NEW & IMPROVED* The Assign Participant Tool allows Users to quickly review and assign Default Contact registrations to an appropriate Participant record.
• *NEW & IMPROVED* The Background Check Tool allows Users to run background checks on individuals who want to serve in ministry via Verified First. FYI, the Verified First Background Check Tool is currently in Beta. We're busy dotting all the i's and crossing all the t's, so be on the lookout for additional updates in our October Tools release! Note: If you're using BIS, Protect My Ministry, or Active Screening Faith, you'll continue to use the current version of the Background Check Tool. 
• *NEW & IMPROVED* The Combine Contacts Tool allows Users to merge duplicate Contact records to keep their data clean and ensure records contain complete and accurate information. #cleandataishappydata
• *NEW* The Combine Households Tool allows Users to combine duplicate Household records to keep their data clean and happy! Note: This tool replaces the Compare & Combine Selected Household Matches actionable report.
• *NEW & IMPROVED* The Group Attendance Tool allows users to quickly post Group-specific Event attendance.
• *NEW & IMPROVED* The Transfer Selection Tool allows Users to move a selection of records between pages in the Platform. Spoiler: This new and improved tool transfers a selection of all Household members from the Households page to all available pages.
• *NEW & IMPROVED* The Trim Selection Tool allows users to quickly and easily remove records from a selection and make a new selection from the removed records if that's the way you roll.

Multiple Tools

• Enhanced the Create Deposit and Create Batch Tools to delete the Current/Unsaved Selection the tool was launched from when the tool is closed. Pro Tip: If you want to maintain your selection for later, save it before launching the tool.
• Deprecated launching tools with credentials. Tools use the OAuth flow and are only available to authenticated Users. 

Add/Edit Family Tool

• Enhanced non-required Add/Edit Family Tool dropdown menus with a blank placeholder option.
• Enhanced the Add/Edit Family Tool search field placeholder text to "Find or Add Family" for clarity.
• Enhanced the Add/Edit Family Tool so that the New Family Button is active as soon as Users click Enter. 
• Enhanced the Add/Edit Family Tool so that additional fields are collapsed when the Tool is opened. Need to see all the fields? Simply select "More."
• Enhanced the Add/Edit Tool so that the First Name, Household Position, and Participant Type fields are required for each Household Member prior to saving.
• Updated the future birthdate validation warning for simplicity and clarity.
• Updated the Add/Edit Family Tool to add Participants to a Group with the Group Role based on the Default Role for the Group Type.
• Limited Mobile and Home Phone fields to 25 characters in the Add/Edit Family Tool for consistency.
• Fixed an issue where the Required Field warning appeared when all required fields were completed if the search field was empty.
• Fixed an issue where the COMMON,State value appeared in the Add/Edit Family Tool even if another state had been selected.

Assign Donor Tool

• Fixed an issue where adding a new donor via the Assign Donor Tool noted the domain state rather than the Donor's state.
• Fixed an issue where Companies were not appearing as potential matches in the Assign Donor Tool.
• Fixed an issue where addresses were not considered when identifying potential matches in the Assign Donor Tool.

Connection Card Tool

• Fixed an issue where Milestones assigned via the Connection Card Tool had a start date/time of today + 12am. Milestones will now be created based on the time they were created.

Contact Log Tool

• Standardized Contact Log Tool searching to match other Tools for consistency.

Create Deposit Tool

• Fixed an issue where launching the Create Deposit Tool from a Current/Unsaved Selection returned an error.

Deceased Person Tool

• Updated the error displayed when the Deceased Person Tool is not launched from an open record for consistency.
