Group Details, Inquiry & Sign-up

Plan Your Visit

• Enhanced Plan Your Visit Widget to suggest the best matched Group under "Age and Grade Group" drop-down when "Date of Birth" is entered when Adding a Child. "Best match" is determined by a Group's "Age in Months to Promote" value. 
• Enhanced the Campus drop-down to display an error when the selected Campus does not have an email template configured for "Plan A Visit Template" on the corresponding Congregation Record. 
• Enhanced adding a spouse to require a "Last Name" whenever "First Name" is populated. 
• Enhanced adding a spouse to pre-fill the "Last Name" with the value provided in the initial step. 
• Fixed an issue where Households created via Plan Your Visit did not include the selected Congregation. 

Opportunity Details & Responses

• Enhanced Opportunities to warn Users if they have already responded. The warning will not prevent a User from submitting additional Responses. 
• Enhanced Opportunity Details to display a photo of the Contact Person when available on their Contact Record. 
• Fixed an issue where Opportunity Details only sourced a location from the Program's Congregation. If available, the location will first be sourced from the Event's Location or Event's Congregation. 

• Fixed an issue where Responses were still accepted for Opportunities where "Maximum Needed" had been met. 

Custom Forms

• Enhanced Field Type "File Upload" to display the Field Label (or, if populated, Alternate Label).
• Fixed an issue where a dialog mistakenly appeared warning of unsaved changes at times when a form was not partially completed. 

Event Finder

• Fixed an issue where an instructional message advising Users to refine their results continued displaying after results were sufficiently reduced. 
• Fixed an issue where an instructional message advising Users to refine their results could appear more than once when a search filter was applied. 

Opportunity Finder

• Enhanced Opportunities to no longer display once "Max Needed" has been met. 

Campaign Details & Make a Pledge

• Enhanced confirmation messaging after successful form submission to instruct Users on completing a subsequent form. 

My Subscriptions

• Fixed an issue where subscribing to all Publications available online unsubscribed the User from Publications which were not available online. 

My Household

• Fixed an issue where date of birth was shifted by a single day for certain household members.
