Do I really have to stop using MP Mobile?

Yep, MP Mobile is no longer available in the Apple App or Google Play store.

How will I look up Contact information on the go?

The next generation of the Platform was designed for mobile, so instead of a limited app, you'll have the entire Platform on your mobile device. You'll be able to look up Contact information, complete with images and Record Facts. You'll also be able to send email, update a record, approve a task, and more. All on the go!

The Next Generation of the Platform on Your Mobile Device

Because the Platform on your mobile device is the same Platform that's on your desktop, be sure to check out the Next Generation Articles for all the details.

• Logging In: Use your Platform credentials to log in to the Platform on your mobile device. Pro Tip: Save your password or sign-in with external log-in authentication.
• Settings: Tap your image in the upper right-hand corner to see your User Profile, Announcements, Bookmarks, and to log out.
• Navigation: Having the entire Platform on your phone may sound like too much, but we promise it's just enough. We optimized the next generation of the Platform for mobile, so head over to Navigation to read all about it.
• Searching: The Global Search bar is front and center. Just tap the spy glass in the upper right corner, type in what you're looking for, and go! You'll get results from across the Platform, making it easy to find what you're looking for.
• List Layout: The handy-dandy List Layout will show images (either attached or mapped!) and Record Facts. Too many record facts for your mobile screen? Just scroll to see them all. Note: The Grid Layout is not available on mobile.
• Actions Menu: Tap the Actions menu to create a task, send a message, and more.
• Charts: That's right, all of your charts are on mobile! Pages have charts and your dashboard charts are in the chart menu. But if the charts are taking up too much screen real estate, tap the charts button to toggle them off.
• Tasks: Need to approve a late-breaking event while you're out of the office? You can do that! Tap the Tasks menu and make ministry happen!
