It's our first LifeApps - GroupLife update! Sure, there are enhancements and fixes that make GroupLife even more useful. But even better?... Texting and including attachments in GroupLife emails!!!
Communication
- *New* GroupLife now supports sending texts!
- *New* Attachments can now be included in emails!
- Fixed an issue where emails sent to more than six recipients were unsuccessful.
- Fixed an issue where line breaks added during composition were not preserved when emails were sent.
Meetings
- Enhanced the Event Participant record to populate the Group Role when a leader posts attendance through GroupLife.
- Fixed an issue to ensure an Event Participant record is tied to the appropriate Group when attendance is recorded, rather than tied to all possible Groups associated with that Participant within a single Event.
Members
- Fixed an issue where adding new Members was not successful if the Group Participants "Default Field List" contained a sub-query.
General
- Enhanced user authentication to expire after three months instead of 24 hours.
- Enhanced error messages related to Configuration Settings to indicate which specific value is invalid.
- Fixed an issue where the logo appeared stuck to the menu when expanded on a mobile device.
- Fixed an issue where the authentication of any Group Leader or Primary Contact was dependent on every other Group Leader or Primary Contact within that Group having a User Account.
Note: Any Group Leader or Primary Contact who does want to authenticate (and do all the fun attendance and messaging, etc.) must have a User Account.
