Connect Form
Enhanced Login instructions to clarify that authenticating allows a User to skip the email verification step.
Enhanced the confirmation messaging for unauthenticated Users who complete a Connect Form to clarify that further action is required.
Enhanced 'I Need Help' Connect Form submissions to prevent the creation of duplicate Needs. Duplicate is defined as a Need which matches another incomplete Need for the same User, Need Type, and same Need Campaign.
Fixed an issue where duplicate Needs were created if a User followed their confirmation link multiple times.
Connect Board
Enhanced actions presented when Provider claims a Need to display both "My Assignments" and "View Connect Board" buttons.
Enhanced Connect Board instructions to guide Providers toward claiming Needs.
Fixed an issue where the Connect Board would return an error if all Accounting Company records were configured as Current Settings = False.
Fixed an issue where Need Provider records were created for authenticated Users who visited the Connect Board without completing an 'I Can Help' form.
My Assignments
Enhanced My Assignments instructions to guide Providers toward completing or declining their assigned Needs.
Enhanced Notes instructions to guide Providers toward adding notes. Clarified that any notes added to a Need will remain with the Need even if that Need is declined and later assigned to another Provider.
Enhanced My Assignments to clarify when no Needs have been assigned.
Enhanced page headers to appear more consistently throughout application.
Fixed an issue where the Connect Board was referred to as the "Need Board" in some messaging.
Fixed an issue where some Provider actions were mistakenly labeled "Cancel". All Provider oriented actions now reference "Decline" for un-assigning a Need.
Fixed an issue where the success message presented when a Provider declined a Need contained extra spacing.
