Stewardship

 

Any Program can be assigned to a Donation Distribution by a user with sufficient privileges. This is accomplished from Stewardship > Donation Distributions. It can be done individually (one record at a time) or by a selection of records using the Assign tool. 

Once correctly configured, each Program is:

  • Presented on the Donor Statement,
  • Available for Online Giving, and
  • Available as an option for distribution on the XML Import Tool.

Configuration

To configure a Program for stewardship purposes, set the following fields appropriately based on the Program fields described here.

  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Tax Deductible Donations
  • Statement Title
  • Statement Header
  • Allow Online Giving
  • Online Sort Order
  • Pledge Campaign
  • Account Number
