Note: The following document is for making a new custom portal skin. If you are requesting a new skin for your Portal, please follow these steps to gather the information necessary to support your request.
Section 1: Website
Please make sure your new website is out of development and has all current links for production. Please provide us the following:
- The http link to your new deployed website
- Any custom or paid for fonts
Section 2: UNSUPPORTED MODIFICATIONS
The following modifications are not supported. If you make these modifications, Think Ministry, Inc. cannot support your public Portal. An update to the public portal software by Think Ministry, Inc. may break or erase these modifications.
- Adding any files to the Portal’s IIS application that are not part of the portal skin.
- Modifying stored procedures in the database that are used by the portal pages
- Modifying any (including aspx) files in the Portal’s IIS application
Important: The typical turnaround for a new portal skin is one week. However, holidays, demands of developers’ time, or other extenuating circumstances can cause delivery to be 2 weeks or more.
Note: It is very important to note that providing a request is only the beginning of the conversation. Keep in mind that the requested skin, graphics, and additional features may not be possible and are at the discretion of the portal skin developer. A response to your request will be provided and agreed upon before any work is begun.
