Note: This report has been replaced by the Combine Security Roles Tool.
Basics
  • The Compare & Combine Security Roles Report allows you to compare the rights and restrictions of two (or more) security roles and, if desired, allow you to combine two security roles.
  • This report is available from the Security Roles Page and should be launched with at least two Security Roles selected.
  • Note: When the roles are combined, ALL users will have ALL rights and restrictions of BOTH roles. Combine with care!
  • Tip: Save the report as a PDF before combining roles to keep a record of the combined role.
