Every record of MinistryPlatform has a task status indicator, which is the colored light/dot you see on the data grid and at the top of an open record. This light is used to indicate the status of any outstanding
Tasks for this specific question:
Green: No Tasks are outstanding for this record for any user.
Yellow: There is an outstanding Task for this record for any user.
Red: There is a rejected Task for this record for any user.
There are no other potential colors for these indication lights.
Note that it is also possible to utilize the red light for an alternative use - "flagging" Contact or Participant records.
