When you log into MinistryPlatform, you're automatically navigated to your Home page. From your Home page, you can use the main "Noun" menu to access the various pages of MinistryPlatform. And when you reach your desired page, you'll see the Data Grid of records for that page, as well as the main "Verb" toolbarso you to take specific action. No matter where you are in MinistryPlatform, you can always access helpful System & User Resources.
Having trouble seeing all the buttons on your screen as you navigate through MinistryPlatform? Your web browser might be zoomed-in. To zoom-out, either:
  • Hold down the CTRL key (or Command on a Mac) and press once on the minus key. If you still can't see what you need to, do it again. Eventually, depending on how far zoomed in you are, the buttons come into view.
  • Change your screen resolution settings in the computer's Control Panel.

No keyboard shortcuts are available in MinistryPlatform aside from what is typically available in a browser (for example, copy, paste, print).

Data Grid not loading correctly? Check the following:

  • User Account: Make sure you're logged into your User account. If you are impersonating a user or are logged in with a different User account, the difference in security roles could restrict access to the page and/or view you are trying to access.
  • Browser Issues: Clear your browser cache and local storage to resolve any browser issues. For more information on performing these actions, see Browser Issues.

If you're logged into your account and cleared your cache, but the Data Grid still isn't loading correctly, ask your SPoC to contact Support.
