    Senior Pastors

    You'll Love
    • All your charts look even better in the next generation of the Platform!
    • See an image of your people and relevant facts at-a-glance with List Layout.
    • The power of the Platform in your pocket with the optimized-for-mobile next generation.
    Tips & Tricks
    • Miss the Grid View you know and love? You can switch between the List and Grid layout with the tap of an icon.
    • Use Record Facts (those cute little pills in the List View) to quickly visualize Participant Engagement, track Journeys and Milestones, and watch people sign up for Events. Want a Record Fact you don't see? Talk to your friendly neighborhood SPoC.

    Children's Pastors

    You'll Love
    • It's never been easier to track your volunteer's progress through serving requirements! Images and Record Facts will let you see what you need to know without even opening a record.
    • All the attendance reports you know and love are waiting for you right where you left them.
    Tips & Tricks
    • Switch between the List and Grid layouts to see everything you want to know!
    • Want even more information? Move over to Advanced Navigation ;)

    Diocesan Staff

    You'll Love
    • The List View will let you see details (Images! Record Facts!) about your Parish at your desk or on-the-go!
    • All your Publications are in Basic Navigation, in the Communications section.
    Tips & Tricks
    • Tap the Reports icon to find the reports you know and love.
    • Toggle between Basic and Advanced Navigation to find everything you're looking for.

    Group Leaders

    You'll Love
    • Just tap Groups and see relevant Group information in handy little pills.
    • Visualize how full your Group is with a percentage filled Record Fact. Talk to your SPoC about the Record Facts you'd like to see!
    • Manage your Group on-the-go or while your actually meeting using the optimized-for-mobile next generation of the Platform.
    Tips & Tricks
    • You'll find your Groups, Group Participants, and Group Inquiries in the Basic Navigation. But you can switch over to Advanced Navigation anytime.
    • Remember that Grid Layout is right there for even more information.

    Communications Directors

    You'll Love
    • Just tap Communications in Basic Navigation to see your Church's messages. No more opening a folder and clicking on another page!
    • All of your communications-related favorites are now grouped together for quick and easy access.
    Tips & Tricks
    • Advanced Navigation will give you even more communications information.
    • List Layout will show you those lovely Record Facts, but switching over to the Grid Layout will let you do an email metrics deep-dive.
    • The Template Editor Tool can be accessed from the Templates page in Basic or Advanced Navigation.

    Finance Officers

    You'll Love
    • List Layout can be formatted for a 10,000 foot view of stewardship. Want to see some stewardship related View Rules? Your SPoC can help with that!
    • All the Reports you know and love (and rely on!) are right there waiting for you.
    • Charts look even better in the next generation.
    Tips & Tricks
    • Switch over to Advanced Navigation to see all your Stewardship pages.
    • Looking for the Batch Manager Tool (or any other Tool)? Tap the wrench and screwdriver (Get it? Tools!) icon on the right side of the header.

    IT Directors

    You'll Love
    • Record Facts! View Rules! Field Management! Image Mapping! What's not to love as you customize the next generation of the Platform for your church?!?
    • Have a last minute request to approve an event? Mobile lets you take the power of the Platform with you so you can approve that task on-the-go.
    Tips & Tricks
    • All of this customization means lots of opportunities for unintended consequences. Make a plan, go slow, and test, test, test ;)
    • Navigation: Switch between Basic Navigation and Advanced Navigation and Recent Records.
    • Field Management: It's one-size-fits-all, so be careful hiding a required field or a field used as a Record Facts.
    • Record Facts: Tailer your record facts to serve your church well. And don't use a hidden or restricted field.
    • View Rules: Record Facts are great, but don't forget to use View Rules to add color and icons to the Grid View!
    • Image Mapping: When adding your own Image Reference Field, the table lookup convention value must end in a Foreign Key, so no getting the value from the Advanced Search tool.
