The Group Participants page is a line-by-line representation of all the Participant records who are associated with Groups. This page naturally allows multiple lines per person; for example, if you are in two Groups, you have two records on Group Participants - one for each Group you are in.
Fields
Group: Group associated with the Participant.
Participant: Participant record associated with the Group.
Group Role: Role the Participant has in the Group.
Start Date: Date the Participant began involvement in the Group.
End Date: Date the Participant finished involvement in the Group.
Employee Role: This field was created early in MinistryPlatform's history and has not been used for anything meaningful.
Hours Per Week: Amount of involvement required per week.
Notes: Any notes needed about the Group involvement.
Email Opt Out: Allows Users sending Messages to remove this person from Group-specific email.
Need Book: Allows Users to track whether this Participant needs a book. Use in conjunction with Group's Required Book field.
Share With Group: This field is not currently used or referenced by any MinistryPlatform applications.
First Attendance: Read only field that is populated every evening; used to create views.
Second Attendance: Read only field that is populated every evening; used to create views.
Third Attendance: Read only field that is populated every evening; used to create views.
Last Attendance: Read only field that is populated every evening; used to create views.
- Auto Promote: True/false setting for if this Group Participant should be promoted by a routine.
