Security Role Fields

 

Security Roles can be created and edited by SPoCs.

  1. Administration > Security Roles
  2. Define the basic
  3. Set the Page Permissions
  4. Save
  • Role Name: Name to describe the rights this Security Role provides
  • Description: Details on the rights this Security Role provides
  • Mass Email Quota: Amount of emails a user with this Security Role is allowed to send from the Platform. Leaving this field Null means that this role doesn't allow a user to send emails (unless they have another Security Role that allows it).
  • Mass Text Quota: Amount of text messages a user with this Security Role is allowed to send from the Platform. Leaving this field Null means that this role doesn't allow a user to send emails (unless they have another Security Role that allows it).
  • Security Role Type: The category of Security Role. Types can include Job Function, Custom/Individual, Team/Development, etc.
