Logging In

Your data is valuable and private. We get that! MinistryPlatform is a secure web application. It runs on a browser, so it's available anytime, anywhere you have internet access. You'll be required to login in so we know who you are and what data you have permission to access. You must be granted permissions from someone in your organization in order to do anything beyond logging in.

The Platform requires each user to login with a username and password. This may have been created for you, or you may need to create a login yourself and have someone on your staff grant you the permissions you need.

Already Have a Login?

If you already have an account, use your username and password to log in and get ministry done.

Legacy Platform

If you're using your church's legacy URL to access the MinistryPlatform, this is the URL for you:

{your platform domain}/ministryplatform

Next Generation of the Platform

To access the next generation of the Platform, simply replace "ministryplatform" with "mp" at the end of your URL. That's it!

{your platform domain}/mp
  1. Open a web browser and go to your organization's Platform URL.
  2. Enter your Username.
  3. Enter your Password. Pro tip: Forgot your password? Just tap Forgot Password and we'll send you an email so you can set a new one.
  4. Check Keep me Logged In. Unless you click logout, this option will keep you logged in for 3 months.
  5. Click Login:
    • If the login is invalid, a message reads "Invalid username or password."
    • If the login is valid but you don't have appropriate Security Roles, a message reads:
"Not Authorized! User is not authorized. Please contact system administrator."

No Login? No problem!

If your church Administrator hasn't set you up with credentials to access the Platform, you can create your own account by logging in. But before you do, double check to make sure you don't already have an account. Note: While you can set up an account, your Systems Administrator will need to give you permission to do anything more.
