Customer Portal

 

The Customer Portal is an exclusive place for current, live MinistryPlatform customers that allows you to see system status, update your church information, view a report on the health of your MP data, and add, vote, and keeps tabs on suggested enhancement ideas for MP applications!

Current features include:

Getting Access

Access is available for all current, active MinistryPlatform customers who have completed Onboarding. You can create an account by:

  1. Go to the Customer Portal.
  2. Click Get Started.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Click Next.*
  5. Follow the link in your email to set a password and create your account.

*If your email is not found in our system, please contact Support, and they can add you and kick start getting you access to the Customer Portal.

Logging In

To login:

  1. Go to the Customer Portal.
  2. Enter your Username (email address) and password.
  3. Click Login.
Forgot Password

If you forgot your password:

  1. Go to the Customer Portal.
  2. Click Forgot Password
  3. Enter Your Email Address, First Name, and Last Name.
  4. Click Reset My Password.
  5. Follow the link in your email to reset your password (valid for 24 hours).
