Station Device Overview

 

The Station/Device Overview adds valuable functionality to Events. This area of the Admin Console section of the Check In Suite application allows you to see a snapshot of all the Check-In Kiosks currently in use (Check In Kiosk is open). This provides real-time stats on:

  • Number of check-ins
  • Number of labels printed
  • Time of last check-in
  • Errors

This is a great way to help monitor and improve people flow during Events to help determine if Check-In Kiosks should be added, removed, or moved. It also is a great way to keep tabs on what stations need attention (like a refill of labels) from a central location.
